I am Dragutin Kliček, born in Varaždin and currently based in Čakovec (Croatia). My passion for artistic photography began in primary school, where I took my first steps using simple single-use cameras. During my education at the Secondary School of Graphics Design, I began to explore photography more seriously, and after starting work in the media I purchased a Pentax camera, which marked a turning point in my practice.

I am a graphic designer by profession, and I entered photography through media work, which has led me to exhibit in several group and solo exhibitions. In addition to photography, I am also involved in film art and am an active member of the Zagreb-based association “BLANK – film incubator”. Today I work in my own creative agency as a co-owner, where we create photo and video content for institutions, tourism boards, and companies.

My previous photojournalistic and journalistic experience was gained in media outlets such as Regionalni tjednik, list Međimurje, eVaraždin, aktualno.hr, and others.
